Redeeming Gift Cards
Where can I redeem my Gift Card?
You can redeem your Gift Card on our Pandora website or in all participating stores (this excludes the Republic of Ireland, multi-branded retailers and wholesalers). Please note that Gift Cards issued in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are only redeemable in UK British Pounds
Can I use more than one Gift Card in one transaction?
No, you can use only one gift card per transaction.
Can I use my Gift Card online?
Yes, Pandora Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be redeemed online on the Pandora website. Simply select ‘Gift Card’ as method of payment at checkout stage. Enter your 16 digits code on the back of your gift card without the hyphen and the 6 digits security code and continue to checkout. Please note that you can redeem one gift card per transaction.
I am experiencing difficulties redeeming my Gift Card on the Pandora UK website, what should I do?

Do Gift Cards have an expiry date?
Yes, our Gift Cards are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase.

Can I top up a Gift card?
Unfortunately not, a new card will need to be purchased.
There isn’t enough credit on my Gift Card to pay for the total order. How can I pay the remaining balance?
You can use two different payment methods within the same order. Enter your gift card details at checkout you are then able to choose another payment method available (Debit/Credit card or Paypal) in order to complete your purchase.
