We accept payment via Open Banking, Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit card. Credit terms are available only upon application.

There are no additional fees associated with purchasing Pandora digital gift cards. You will only be charged the face value of the digital gift cards purchased.

Changes cannot be made to digital gift cards once delivery has been made

• All orders are placed via a secure web based platform. Digital gifts are active as soon as the order is fulfilled, and must be treated like cash.
  
• Should you lose, misplace or have your Pandora digital gifts stolen, please contact us at the earliest opportunity so that we can block access to the digital gift and support with cancellation and re-issuance in the event funds are still intact.

You can cancel your order in your account prior to fulfilment at any time. Otherwise, to cancel your order prior to fulfilment, please contact us on 0844 324 6251. Once a digital order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.
