My Gift Card has been lost, stolen or damaged
- If your gift card has been lost, stolen, damaged or your email address, or that of a recipient has been compromised, please contact us as soon as possible on 0844 324 6251 so that we can support you.
- We will attempt to devalue and replace the order where we can
- Pandora is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
What if someone makes a copy of my printed digital gift card?
- For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you safeguard your digital gift card for your own protection. Pandora digital gifts should be treated as cash. You should also make a note of your unique card number for any future queries as this will be needed to support any investigations.
